This place provided an excellent base for our enjoyable stay, located conveniently close to a local railway line and a pub/restaurant within walking distance.

The venue is clean, with fantastic breakfasts and beautiful country views. The staff are amazingly friendly and pleasant. The location is unbeatable, close to the conservatory and beaches at Borth. It is located off the main road. 

I have stayed here before, it's still an exceptionally comfortable and incredibly beautiful guesthouse. I had 2 nights in Aberystwyth, spending the time here lovely. The breakfast was free and super with poached egg and sausage, for 

The breakfast here is excellent with a variety of food options, and the location is superbly close to Borth and Aberystwyth beaches as well as the city center.

This place best suits for a couple of nights, would recommend.

Family queen room had all the necessary stuff, and we could just open the window wide. The location is so chill and it's in such a lovely part of the countryside. 🌳

The room is nicely decorated with a beautiful view of the hills and surrounding land.

Large rooms with double beds and complimentary orange juice along with excellent amenities made us feel right at home.

The free breakfast was amazing with tasty scrambled eggs, bacon, and freshly made food. The atmosphere felt like being with family and the location was really peaceful. 🍳

We had a fantastic time at the guesthouse. The room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely view of the mountains and train tracks. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and
